 MAC Auto Care is the only place I trust to service my Mercedes. I’m confident that when I take my vehicle there, it’s accurately diagnosed, and I will be charged a fair price for repairs. For example, I recently took my SL-550 there because a warning light indicated that I needed to have my brake pads checked. I wasn’t surprised because the car is nearly ten years old and has never had any brake work performed. What did surprise me was when Mike inspected the vehicle, he said yes, I needed pads, but the rotors looked good and didn't need to be replaced. I have gotten numerous brakes jobs done on five different BMWs and Mercedes since 1996, and this was the first time I was told I didn't need to replace the rotors. I had always questioned why the rotors “always” needed replacing and had concluded that it had something to do with how foreign luxury cars are made. I know now it has more to do with how service advisors and mechanics are made. If you own a Mercedes, do yourself a favor and ditch the dealerships. Take your vehicle to MAC Auto Care, where the owners, Mike and Shawn, have proven integrity and impeccable customer service.

I towed my mercedes there a couple of weeks ago to repair some water damaged electronics. they were absolutely great, arranged the tow to their shop, started working on the car quickly and diagnosed the damages. I have three other mercedes and i will take all of them to MAC in the future. very honest and competent people

 I had my starter replaced on my 2005 Mercedes in November 2023 and I hadn’t had any problems with the starter for months since. Not only did the gentleman replace the starter, but they threw in a couple complimentary services! My car still needs some work and they provided the list of everything I need done without pressuring me to get the work done which I appreciate. They also suggested a towing company which I ended up using and that company was just as professional, personable, and reasonably priced. I felt as though the mechanics were genuine and honest from being to end. I’ll be back for some of the other services needed on my car soon. I highly recommend!

I want to give a shout out to Mike, Brian and all the MAC team for the service work they performed for me. I own a Euro1984 500SL. Most techs will not touch this car but Mike readily accepted the job and performed all requested work and then some. They are very efficient in their work and timely. I live 70 miles away but will not hesitate to bring my car back for any work needed. Peace of mind is worth the distance traveled. I highly recommend MAC Auto Care.

Lately, I've been apprehensive about doing any B2B with local merchants due getting burned but these people right here - are legit.I have a 2002 Mercedes that was passed down to me with over 190k miles. I'm using it as my company vehicle. One month ago , I thought I had to JUNK it. Just got it serviced with these guys , and I might even consider taking it on a short road trip , it's running so much better ! Way much better than the dealer!
