Mercedes Service and Repair

Prior to forming MAC Auto Care, Mike Andreoni was Shop Manager at a high volume Mercedes specialty shop in North Raleigh, NC. He was an integral part in the continued success of the company for 10 years. Mike began his training in 1987 at the Automotive Training Center in Exton, PA. and received a diploma for Certified General Maintenance Repair Technician. He then spent two years as a line technician in Northern Virginia with the Goodyear Corporation and attended further training in Dover, Delaware for chassis alignment specialist and performance diagnostics of electronic fuel injection systems. In 1990 Mike relocated to Pompano Beach, Florida and began an apprentice ship program at Autohaus Mercedes Benz in Pompano. With hard work and solid work ethics Mike achieved Certified Mercedes Technician status in 1992. In 2000 and 2001 Mike achieved Master Technician status by scoring in the top 250 in the Mercedes Benz North America Technician Recognition Program. He then accepted a position as Team Leader at Mercedes Benz Ft. Lauderdale and later assumed the position of Shop Foreman. As Shop Foreman Mike’s duties included management of 50 plus technicians, shop  tools and equipment, shop productivity and customer relations. In 2006 Mike relocated to Raleigh, NC. and accepted the position of Shop Manager at a Mercedes repair shop in North Raleigh. Mike was directly responsible for managing work load, diagnostic assistance, parts and estimating and primary parts and service sales
